MARLBOROUGH, MA, July 17, 2014 – Raven360, a leading cloud-based file distribution toolkit that adds content control, security and deep analytics to files, today announced that the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC) has recognized the company as a finalist in the 17th Annual MassTLC Technology Leadership Awards in the “Innovative Technology of the Year – Cloud” category. Raven360 was selected as a finalist among hundreds of other nominees.

“It is an honor to be named a finalist for this prestigious award and be recognized as an innovative leader in cloud technologies,” said Ronald Matros, CEO of Raven360. “Our unique approach to providing content control and analytics in the cloud is helping companies across all industries, and we are thrilled to be recognized among so many leading-edge companies.”

Raven360’s subscription-based file distribution toolkit enables users to securely share, track and analyze important files and documents across any device by giving senders complete control over who, where and how those files are accessed. Raven360 aims to solve the secure file-sharing problem with a flexible, cloud-based security layer that provides content control, protection, tracking and analytics. Raven360 recently integrated with Box and Dropbox, giving customers access to added protection, control and analytical tracking of all common file types, including images, videos and PDFs shared through these cloud platforms.

Raven360 presented its file distribution toolkit to a panel of MassTLC judges comprised of executives, investors, analysts, media and thought leaders in the cloud space. Judges will be further narrowing the pool of finalists during the coming weeks and winners will be announced on Thursday, September 11 at the MassTLC Leadership Awards Gala at the Westin Waterfront in Boston.
